Who I Am

Sher Russell, BA. CHt. is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Social Psychology from UC Berkeley, and went on to study movement and dance therapy, communication technologies, , counseling modalities, NLP, Anatomy and Physiology.

Sher has actively been working with clients for 20 years in the area of communication, health & fitness.  She has been a Certified Hypnotherapist since 2001.  She was formerly a partner in HypnoWorks of San Marcos and an assistant to the owner of Positive Changes Hypnosis in Santa Rosa and Orange County, California.

She has had her own hypnosis and coaching practice since 2005, as Hypnosis for Mind and Body in North San Diego County.

My Encinitas office is conveniently located to serve all of North County San Diego; a quick drive from Cardiff, Carlsbad, Del Mar, Escondido, La Costa, Leucadia, Oceanside, Rancho Santa Fe, San Marcos, Solana Beach and Vista. Call me. I'm here to help you.
